International Programs Pave the Way for High-Quality Employment
On November 17th, the seminar for the Europe EASA License "3+1" Joint Training Program was successfully held at the Chengdu Campus of Sichuan Technology and Business University. Wang Xiuli, Chairman of the China Region of the European Confederation of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises, Gao Ensheng, Vice President of the university, Luo Xuanhua, Executive Vice Minister of the Department of International Cooperation and Exchange, Wang Yulong, Vice Minister, as well as more than 50 students from the 2023 cohort attended the event.

At the outset of the seminar, Vice President Gao Ensheng delivered earnest remarks to the students. He stated that this program represents a new endeavor to help students broaden their international horizons and step onto the global stage, encouraging everyone to listen attentively, reflect deeply, and strive to realize their professional values and write a brilliant life on a broader world stage.

At the seminar, Chairman Wang Xiuli elaborated on the program in detail, covering aspects such as its background, training plan, implementation process, and future career development. Adopting a "3-year domestic undergraduate study + 1-year specialized training in Germany" model, the program allows students to complete 3 years of professional coursework at the university first. In the 4th academic year, they will pursue a 7-month European EASA Cat A.1 basic maintenance course at Germany's ATT Aircraft Engineering and Technology Academy. The university recognizes the academic credits of the EASA courses completed by students at ATT. Those who successfully finish the program will not only be awarded a bachelor's degree certificate but also obtain the European EASA Cat A.1 license, achieving a "double gain of academic qualification + international certification."

The successful holding of this seminar not only enabled the university's students to gain an in-depth understanding of the development opportunities in the international aviation maintenance field but also built a bridge for talent cultivation through university-enterprise collaboration and cross-border cooperation. Eligible students can apply to participate in the program to embark on an international career path, achieving dual breakthroughs in personal value and professional development on the global stage.
